Requesting Help

It happens to the best of us... not quite enough sleep, a misplaced click of the mouse, an interrupting phone call, and next thing you know... site-editing trouble. There are two ways to request help.

General Help

If the User Guide doesn't answer your question, you're welcome to contact a customer support representative. To find the most appropriate contact information, look on your login page or the footer of any administrative page.


Error Help

It's rare, but every once in a while Radius will hiccup. When this happens, you will receive an error message in plain English—not in programmer-speak.

In addition, every single error message includes a special button (Request Help). Click this button to send for help and a member of the Radius support team will get back to you shortly with a resolution.
