If you have lots and lots of events, but you don't necessarily want all events to always be viewable, you can create your events and assign them to subcalendars. Subcalendars are simply groupings of related events that your site visitors can utilize for filtering.

Step By Step

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab, then click "Subcalendars".

  2. If you have not yet defined any subcalendars, click Add Subcalendar and name your new subcalendar.

  3. Now that your subcalendar has been created, you can assign events to be part of it.
    Note: Subcalendars are additive. This means that all events belong to the master calendar for your website. In addition, any specific event can be added to one or more subcalendars as well.
