Update: November 2, 2016--New Form Vault features allow new form submissions to be downloaded in any format: Word Document, PDF, CSV, or Txt.  Simply use the dropdown beside the 'Download' button to choose the format you want.  Older form submissions remain as they were submitted prior to this change.
